Have you had experience importing seeds from the USA before? Seeds are a regulated commodity, and can be difficult to ship internationally. Here is a link to our International Shipping page. Please read before placing an international order.

True Leaf Market has shipped orders to many countries around the world, however as we are a seed supplier, orders that contain seed, soil or fertilizer are subject to the import regulations of the destination country. We strongly recommend you check with your countries Ministry of Agriculture, or equivalent, (often called Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries or similar) to understand all requirements and restrictions that may apply.
It is ultimately your responsibility to know what can and cannot enter your country.
For example, many countries will require an import permit. You must acquire this from the destination country and send us a copy before placing your order. If you can arrange for the import permit, and if the import permit does not specify requirements or conditions we cannot meet, then we can arrange for the phytosanitary certificate issued by the US Department of Agriculture. There is a fee per shipment associated with this inspection and certification. Without these extra documents a shipment may not get through to your destination.
We have seen import permits that require, for example, that the seeds be treated with a broad spectrum fungicide. Our seeds are not treated and we do not treat them. Another example of requirements we cannot meet is that the parent plants have to have been inspected in the field during the active growing cycle and found to be free of this or that pathogen or problem. As we are primarily merchants, not growers, we cannot meet this requirement.
You may wish to consult with your Ministry of Agriculture, or equivalent, to understand any requirements or restrictions.
If you need a Phytosanitary Certificate (https://www.trueleafmarket.com/products/phytosanitary-federal-certificate) , one can be added to your cart at check out and we will schedule the inspection with the USDA on your behalf. Many countries require this documentation, especially for larger orders.
