International Order Lost

International shipments can be difficult to track. Typically, we do not see anything after it has departed the international hub. I do not know if your country will continue updating the package status, this is rare for all international shipments. Some countries do – some don’t. Some only offer us an update once the delivery is made.

We usually expect to see a two week wait after the ship date before its arrival, but it can take up to 30 days or even longer. If the package is returned to us in good condition then we can refund you for it, but until it arrives to you (or back to us) we can only be patient at this point. If you haven't already, I would also recommend contacting your customs office or any local carriers to see if they have received your package.
