FAQ:

Q: How Can I change the email address associated with my account?
A: You will need to contact a customer service rep, feel free to leave us a message via our chat service
Q: Can I combine two accounts?
A: Unfortunately we cannot combine one account with the other, we can only remove the account that will no longer be used.
Q: Can my points from one account be added to another account?
A: Unfortunately we can't redirect reward points! The best thing to do is cash our the points on an old account, (minimum needed 500.)

Handy Pantry Ordering:

Q: Can I place my Handy Pantry order online?
A: Yes! If you have your email & password, you can login to our online ordering form. Input all needed items into the form then add them to your cart! You can check out like normal, paying with a credit card at check out, or if using pre established terms with us, you may select net30 at check out.
Q: Are Handy Pantry Accounts allowed to have a planter's point account?
A: Unfortunately do to the pricing of Handy Pantry Products, we cannot offer additional discounts. Thank you!
